Terms of Service

The Service is an AI brand-visibility monitoring SaaS that measures how often your specified brand is mentioned and recommended across AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview, and provides analysis reports and optimization recommendations.

Results are based on third-party AI platforms' responses at a specific point in time. AI responses are inherently uncertain, and we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or reproducibility of the results.

You must provide truthful, complete registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly cycle, with fees charged at the start of each period unless you cancel before the current period ends. Prices and plan contents may change, with changes announced a reasonable time in advance.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or to infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• scrape the Service's content at scale via automation, or place an undue load on the systems;
• analyze brands you have no legitimate right to monitor, or distribute unlawful or defamatory content.

The intellectual property in the Service's code, interface, design, trademarks, and report templates belongs to us. You retain rights to your own brand data and grant us permission to process such data as necessary to provide the Service. You may freely use the analysis reports we generate for you.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor are we responsible for the outcomes of business decisions you make based on the analysis results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the service fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. After the Service is terminated, the retention and deletion of related data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

(a) If you are located in Taiwan: these Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from the Service. (b) If you are located in the United States or any other jurisdiction: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising from the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Wyoming and conducted in English. To the extent permitted by law, you and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action; disputes shall be resolved only on an individual basis.
